Framegrabbers
Frame grabbers are video acquisition systems
that often incorporate compression and processing capabilities.
They digitize video streams, sometimes compressing them real-time
into MPEG streams, and allow a host to access and display the
data. Frame grabbers themselves, LOGIC’s Video
Memories are especially designed to buffer and manipulate
multiple frames of digitized video prior to downstream processing.
